Don’t miss your chance!
This weekend is the final opportunity to participate in Wild Times programming at the Frye Art Museum in Seattle. Discuss, experience and explore what it could mean to be wild in your own life.

Stop Trying to be Funny
Workshop with Graham Downing
Saturday, September 13, 1-4pm
Setting off from the Wild Times installation in the museum, participants cleanse their typical routine by moving through the city using instinctive feelings, laughter, and psycho-geography. Come prepared for walking two miles and unexpected weather. Along the way, the group will stop for specific improvised exercises that further enforce the concepts of letting go and “un-planning.” Routines are the chains that restrict wild instinct!

Formulary for a New Wildness
Workshop with Eric Olson and Nicole Wiggins
Sunday, September 14, 1-3pm
Group exploration into what it means to be wild, within ourselves and within contemporary culture. Prompted by messages, photos, and videos sent from the trail, participants discuss how various concepts of wildness are at play in their own lives.
At the close of each session, a formulary of words and phrases are distilled from the class activities to give museum visitors insight into the outcomes of the Formulary for a New Wildness.
